02/12/2019

Should you wish to visit our Reception desk in person to book an appointment or make an admin query, please notice that:

From the 1st of December the Reception will be CLOSED every day from:

13:00-14:00

(Our telephone system will be working as usual)

If you have an appointment booked within that time frame, please sign in at the arrivals screen as usual and you will be seen by our clinicians

THANK YOU

When you attend for a test of any kind you will be told how long you should expect to wait for the results.

If you have online access to your records you can view your results by accessing your account. Once the doctor has seen your results there will be a comment next to them advising you if the result is normal, or if the doctor would like to see you.

Our reception staff are not qualified to comment on results therefore it is your responsibility to check them and make any necessary follow-up appointment with the doctor.

Please telephone after 2pm for results.

Please note that we do have a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection. In this respect we will only give out results to the person they relate to unless that person has given prior permission for their release or if they are not capable of understanding them.

The receptionists can only report results that have been authorised by the doctors. If you make an appointment with doctor to discuss results of tests, please make sure it is the doctor who initiated them.
