Midwife

The Midwife is in clinic every Monday, follow up bookings are in the morning and new bookings are in the afternoon.

Minor Surgery

Minor Surgery is performed after consultation with the GP. If you require minor surgery inform reception and an appointment will be sent to you for the procedure.

Asthma, Diabetes & Heart Disease

Monitoring checks are undertaken by the doctors and nurses.

Family Planning

Advice is given by all the GPs. Two of the practice nurses can give advice, but not prescriptions.

Smoking Cessation

If you are ready to stop but need help make an appointment with one of the practice nurses.

Health Visitor

Elms Road Childrens Centre Health Drop-in will have extended hours from January 6th 2011 9.30 - 12.00


NON NHS SERVICES

Patients are charged a fee for services that are not part of the NHS. These include medicals for HGV, insurances, driving competencies, the completion of forms, writing letters that are not referral letters, travel vaccinations. A list of charges is at reception.
